Welcome to SoulMentor Lead, operated at domain soulmentorlead.top (we or us). By accessing or using our offerings in 2025, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We offer soulful leadership mentoring services including one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and tailored guidance (Services).

2. Infoproducts

We provide digital manuals, recorded seminars, and online courses (Infoproducts).

3. Goods

We supply physical materials such as workbooks, journals, and branded merchandise (Goods).

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due as outlined at the time of purchase. Payment may be made via credit or debit card or other authorized processors.

5. Refunds and Transfers

5.1 Services: You may request a refund or session transfer up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Approved refunds will be processed as credits to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Session transfers to new dates are allowed once per booking subject to availability.

5.2 Infoproducts: Infoproducts are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of access. After 14 days, all purchases are final due to immediate delivery of digital content and user access.

5.3 Goods: Physical Goods may be replaced or refunded within 30 days of shipment confirmation if unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping to our address at 301 Front Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada. Replacements are subject to inventory availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the exclusive property of SoulMentor Lead. You may not reproduce or distribute without prior written consent.

7. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule sessions up to 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50 percent of the session fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for special or consequential harm arising from use of our offerings.
